Terms and Conditions
Spin & Win
- The promotion will end on 26 September 2025.
- Discounts for sitewide markdowns have already been applied, and the purple prices displayed on the website are the final discounted prices.
- The offer can be used in conjunction with the Long-Term Customer Discount and New Member Rewards; however, it cannot be combined with other promotions, including flash sales, fixed-price items, or other special offers.
- The promotion is not applicable in Mainland China and Turkey.
- Strawberrynet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Spin & Win
- This campaign runs from 22 September to 26 September 2025, and all sessions are conducted in Hong Kong Time (HKT).
- Two sessions are available each day: 16:00–18:00 and 22:00–00:00.
- Each account may only participate once per day.
- A maximum of 10,000 Strawberry Points will be distributed per session, with a daily maximum of 20,000 Strawberry Points and a total maximum of 100,000 Strawberry Points during the campaign period.
- All Strawberry Points will be credited the next day and will be valid for three days.
- All rewards are issued in Strawberry Points, calculated based on Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). For other regions, the displayed amount of Strawberry Points may vary due to exchange rate differences, with HKD as the settlement basis.
- Rewards are tiered by level, and the quantity and value of Strawberry Points may differ across regions due to exchange rate variations.
- Each account may only claim the top-level rewards a limited number of times during the entire campaign period.
- If the participation limit or reward cap has been reached, or if accessed outside of game hours, after a session has ended, or once rewards are fully distributed, the system will display the relevant message.
- Strawberrynet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time and holds the final decision in case of disputes.
